Join us at Mount Carmel Spirituality Centre for a special weekend retreat focused on Praying the Psalms.

The Psalms have accompanied God’s people in prayer for generations, giving voice to our joys, struggles, hopes, gratitude and longing for God. This retreat offers an opportunity to step away from the busyness of everyday life and enter more deeply into prayer through the wisdom and beauty of the Psalms.

Featured Preacher

Emeritus Cardinal Thomas Collins

We are honoured to welcome Emeritus Cardinal Thomas Collins, former Archbishop of Toronto, as the featured preacher for this retreat.

Cardinal Collins is a gifted teacher and homilist with a deep love of Sacred Scripture. His years of pastoral ministry and his extensive formation in Scripture and theology bring a rich perspective to this retreat. Participants will have the opportunity to reflect more deeply on the Psalms and their place in our daily prayer and relationship with God.

2 nights accommodation and 5 meals included.

Shared Accommodation — $560

Day Retreat — $140
Friday evening and Saturday/Sunday retreat. No accommodation; meals included.

Speaker Love Offering

A voluntary love offering to support our guest speaker will be gratefully received during the retreat.
