About the Preacher
Rev. Fr. Joseph Jacobson brings a remarkable journey of faith and many years of pastoral ministry to this retreat. A former Lutheran pastor and Bishop of the Alberta Synod, he later entered the Catholic Church and was ordained a Catholic priest in 2007. He subsequently served the Archdiocese of Grouard-McLennan as Chancellor, Judicial Vicar, and Official Exorcist.
His rich experience across Christian traditions offers a unique perspective on spiritual warfare, discernment, prayer, and standing firmly in Christ.
