Spiritual Retreat: When I Cannot Pray
Learning to Pray with Your Whole Person
November 6–8 | Mount Carmel Spirituality Centre
There are times when prayer feels difficult, distant, or simply beyond words. This spiritual retreat invites you to step away from the demands of everyday life and rediscover prayer as a way of reconnecting with God—with your whole person.
Join us for a weekend of spiritual growth, reflection, and renewal with Rev. Dr. Rudolf Valerian D’Souza, who will guide participants in exploring a deeper and more personal life of prayer.
A Weekend of Prayer and Renewal
The retreat will include:
- Holy Mass and Eucharistic Adoration
- Inspiring conferences
- Confession and healing sessions
- Time for silent reflection
- Opportunities for personal prayer and spiritual renewal
Come with your questions, hopes, struggles, and desire to draw closer to God. Take time to slow down, listen, reflect, and allow God to renew your heart.
