Housekeeping (Casual • Part-Time • Seasonal)

Little Flower Monastery is seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals to join our Housekeeping team on a casual, part-time, or seasonal basis.

Nestled in the peaceful Fraser Valley of British Columbia, Little Flower Monastery welcomes retreat guests from across the province who come seeking rest, reflection, and renewal. Our housekeeping team plays a vital role in creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment that supports each guest’s retreat experience.

Position Responsibilities

As a member of our Housekeeping team, you will:

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, washrooms, meeting spaces, and common areas.
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors to maintain a clean environment.
• Change bed linens and prepare guest rooms to our hospitality standards.
• Restock towels, toiletries, and housekeeping supplies.
• Report maintenance concerns and safety hazards promptly.
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and housekeeping protocols.
• Assist with seasonal deep cleaning and special cleaning projects as required.

Qualifications

We’re looking for individuals who:

• Have previous housekeeping or custodial experience.
• Have hospitality or hotel experience (an asset).
• Have industrial or commercial cleaning experience .
• Take pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Are dependable, organized-work independently or as part of a team.
• Possess excellent time management and attention to detail.
