Our housekeeping team plays a vital role in creating a clean\, comfortable\, and welcoming environment that supports each guest’s retreat experience. \nHelp create a clean\, peaceful\, and welcoming retreat experience for every guest who visits Little Flower Monastery. \n\n\n\nPosition Responsibilities\nAs a member of our Housekeeping team\, you will: \n\nPerform thorough cleaning of guest rooms\, hallways\, washrooms\, meeting spaces\, and common areas.\nDust\, vacuum\, sweep\, and mop floors to maintain a clean environment.\nChange bed linens and prepare guest rooms to our hospitality standards.\nRestock towels\, toiletries\, and housekeeping supplies.\nReport maintenance concerns and safety hazards promptly.\nFollow all workplace safety procedures and housekeeping protocols.\nAssist with seasonal deep cleaning and special cleaning projects as required.\n\n\n\n\nQualifications\nWe’re looking for individuals who: \n\nHave previous housekeeping or custodial experience.\nHave hospitality or hotel experience (an asset).\nHave industrial or commercial cleaning experience .\nTake pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness.\nAre dependable\, organized-work independently or as part of a team.\nPossess excellent time management and attention to detail.\n\n\n\n\nWhy Work at Little Flower Monastery?\nWorking at Little Flower Monastery is an opportunity to be part of a welcoming Catholic retreat ministry where hospitality\, service\, and respect are at the heart of everything we do.
